We at Bonheur pride ourselves on providing the highest quality and the best customer service.
However, the nature of the business means once any work has begun we are unable to accept cancellations. We also have a “no returns” policy on personalised products with the exception of the following:
- If a name/message appears incorrect from the order
- If there is damage to the product
- Or if the product delivered doesn’t match the order
With this is mind we hope you enjoy your purchase, but in the event that you believe the product is damaged or faulty please do not hesitate to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods with full details and we will try to find a reasonable solution.
If an item has been personalised incorrectly as the details provided when ordering were incorrect, we are unable to offer a refund so please check all details before placing the order.

If you wish to cancel before you receive our confirmation email
please email firstname.lastname@example.org with “Cancellation” as the subject of your email. If we receive this email in time, we will not send any moulding kits or products to you and will not charge you for the products that you ordered.
If you wish to cancel a personalised item
Once the kit has been despatched we will make a small charge of £5 to cover the costs of the kit and the remaining balance will be refunded. Once you have received confirmation from us that we have received back your moulds at the studio, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund.
